Online ordering is a great way to make to takeaway orders. Some of the great reasons include:

Is my information safe?

When you make an order we only ask you for the information we need to complete the order. This includes your contact details and your email address for collections, we only ask for your address if you want delivery or if you choose to pay online (only if this option is available). If paying by credit card, this is all handled by Sagepay, we record none of your credit card details. To speed up your ordering you need to register with us. We will never share this information with any third party. We take your privacy very serious, and if you have questions please contact us.

How do I pay?

You can pay online or on collection/delivery. On collection/Delivery we only accept cash. Our drivers does not carry any card machine.

What if I need to change my order?

Before the order is completed you can change the order at any time by returning to the menu (don't worry your current order will not be lost). After the order is completed please contact us directly by using the phone number on the Contact Us Page.

Do you have any Special Offers?

To see current special offers, please view Deals page by clicking on the Deals link. We are always bringing out new special offers for online orders, this is why it is important to register. We will let you know as soon as more offers are available.

How do I cancel my order?

If you have not completed the order on the website, you can cancel by simply leaving the website. Make sure you logged out from your account in order to avoid any misuse of your details. If you have already completed the order please contact us directly by using the phone number on the Contact Us Page.

How do I leave feedback?

I have forgotten my password

Don't worry, simply click on the 'Forgot Password' link in login window and you will be sent a new password.

How do I track my order?

If you register with us, you can simply go to Track Order page and view all your pending orders. We display your full order detail and status as well.

Where are you?

We have all our contact details on our Contact Us page. This includes our address, phone number, opening hours and a Google map of showing the location of the restaurant.

Where do you Deliver?

We generally offer delivery to the local area. If you do not see a delivery map then also long as you are within 4 miles of the restaurant we should be able to delivery. If in doubt please ring us or select Collection.

How do I know the BLUE ROOSTER shop has received the order?

Once you have placed your order on BLUE ROOSTER website it is instantly received by BLUE ROOSTER system. You get a confirmation email if your order is accepted or rejected.
